Due to increasing demand the entire operation of Mirra was shifted to Vichur Industrial estate,Manali,Chennai from Ambattur Industrial estate in 2006 and put up huge facilities for supply huge quantities.
Due to sustained profitability ,good name and reputation enjoyed in the industrial market ,Toyota Tsusho Corporation(Japan) along with another Japanese company named Suzutoyo Seiko Co.Ltd carrying similar activities like Mirra, jointly brought out the entire business of Mirra & Mirra in 2015 after rigorous legal, business and financial due diligence successfully conducted by KPMG ,PWC and J Sagar.
The above takeover of world number one car manufacturer Toyota Group and clean certificate from KPMG and PWC go to prove strength of managing, technical expertise and absolute financial discipline of Mr Shankar.
OPULENT GROUP OF COMPANY
Mr Shankar has contributed to the non-conventional energy resources by producing green energy through wind electric generator (WEG).He has total 55 Wind Mills located at Muppandal belt area in Kanyakumari district & Tenkasi in Tirunelveli district ,Tamilnadu (Southern Part of India & country’s no 1 wind energy area). The above 55 WEG having a total capacity of 15.15 Mega Watt(MW) are generating approx. 2.7 Cr. Kwh of power every year. The above 55 WEG are operated today through the following WM companies in which Mr Shankar is a M.D/Director.
